Ex Shooting Stars Player Rafiu Salami Dies In Ibadan

The Nigerian football family has once again lost a great icon in the game. Ex-IICC Shooting Stars player, Rafiu Salami, passed-on at the wee hours of yesterday October 14, Vanguard reports.
Salami who also coached the Ibadan based club had been reportedly sick for some time now and consequently gave up the ghost at his residence in Oluyole, Ibadan.

The 73-year old helped his club win Nigeria’s first continental championship.


Perturbed by the passage, one of his children said: “He has been sick for the past two months but the physician advised us to move him back home when his case seemed hopeless. He gave up the ghost moment after getting home this morning.”
However, ex Super Eagles coach and FIFA/CAF Technical Instructor, Adegboye Onigbinde, described the late legend as a complete gentleman who is always committed to any delegated responsibilities.

Pastor Oliver was said to have attempted molesting a married woman after a 3-day fasting and prayer in the disguise of rounding up a spiritual deliverance.

According to Pulse.ng, pastor Oliver whose church is located in Akpabuyo local government area of the state, is married with six children. He was reported to have been approached by a young woman simply identified as Ekamma, over a spiritual matter. The pastor recommended the 3-day dry fasting for her to be carried out in the church and on the final day, there would be a spiritual bath so as to seal up the ‘spiritual victory’.

The pastor who is said to be known for sexually molesting both married and single ladies in his church took the food-deprived woman to a stream for the spiritual bath. The pastor was said to have informed the woman that part of the bath included having sex with her but when she refused. He however attempted to forcefully have carnal knowledge of the woman.

In self-defense, the woman allegedly got hold of a sharp stick, stabbing him in the stomach before she ran to the village to alert other residents. By the time they got to the spot, the wounded pastor had lost consciousness as he bled profusely. He was rushed to a hospital where doctors confirmed he died before he was brought in. The woman was initially arrested by the police but was released on bail while investigations are still on going.

Guard Arrested With Four AK 47 Rifles, Blames DPO

Policemen attached to the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS), Lagos state police command are investigating a 58-year old man, Jude Ojoo, over allegations of impersonation and gun running.
According to police source, the suspect was arrested by the deputy commissioner of police in charge of B operations, DCP John Dokumor, for driving against traffic.

Following the arrest, the suspect was handed over to the SARS operatives for further investigation.
It was gathered that the police conducted a search of the suspect’s vehicle and found guns in the booth of the car, a police uniform with the rank of a deputy superintendent of police and a forged police identity card.
The suspect however claimed that he is a guard at an unnamed church and that the guns belonged to his church.
He said: “I am a security man at a church. I was using the guns for protection of our church. I was coming back from the armoury where I had gone to repair the guns. We were four persons in the vehicle including the GO (General Overseer) of our church. I was driving against traffic at the Abattoir area when I was arrested and the guns were found on me.”
Asked how he came about the guns and the police uniforms including the fake identity card, the suspect said: “I got the guns to protect the church. I am the head of security in our church and the guns are licensed. I bought the police uniforms but a friend of mine who is a CSP (Chief Superintendent of Police) gave me the identity card. He is a DPO.”

A police source revealed that they recovered four AK 47 rifles and two locally made guns from the suspect.

Iszadore and Fela met in 1969 when he visited Los Angeles. She was his tour guide and along the line a relationship ensued between them.
Izsadore was not only Fela’s lover; she also influenced his pro-African beliefs. Fela once described her as his teacher, ‘Sandra gave me the education I wanted to know,’ he said. She also worked with Fela on a song titled, ‘Upside Down’ which Fela wrote for her to perform and that was the only song she recorded with Fela.

In 2012, Izsadore dropped a single on Nigeria where she featured two of Nigeria’s entertainers 9ice and Nollywood actress Dakore Egbuson.
She is will deliver a keynote address on the topic, ‘Human Rights as My property’ alongside other speakers like Ayo Obe, Kunle Ajibade and Chidi Odinkalu while Mr Babatunde Raji Fashola the former Lagos state governor will be the chairman of the event.
Felabration is a week-long musical event in memory of Fela Anikulapo Kuti since 2008. The celebration takes place during the week of Fela’s birthday and it is the brain child of Yeni Kuti, Fela’s eldest daughter.
Expected to perform at 2015 Felabration which runs between October 12 and 18 are London Afrobeat Collective, Sandra Izsadore ad Third World and some Nigerian acts like Falz, Olamide, Iyanya, Tekno, Waje, Burna Boy, Kiss Daniel among others will thrill guests.

They assume this is how all relationships work and they are conditioned to act as such.

7. Happiness: A person who is content and happy in his/her relationship is unlikely to cheat as they are confident that they are getting all they want where they are. Justin Bieber's Nude Photos Leaked

Pop star Justin Bieber is on his way to breaking the internet. Nude photos of the 21-year old Canadian singer went viral on Wednesday causing a stir on social media.
 

In the photos taken by paparazzi while the star was on vacation in Bora Bora, Justin’s penis and backside were on full display.

The size of the of the young singer’s penis has been a subject for debate since he posed for a Calvin Klein underwear advert in January. The advert showed a well hung Justin.
However, a website, Breathe Heavy, countered the images it deemed as photoshopped with ‘authentic’ pre-shoot pictures of a much ‘smaller’ Justin. The Bora Bora paparazzi photos appear to have proved them wrong and confirmed the Calvin Klein ad.
Justin was on vacation with friends.

Justin’s father, Jeremy Bieber, on Friday tweeted about his son’s member, showing admiration for what he helped make.

The tweet has since been deleted.

The Baby singer was discovered in 2007 by his current manager, Scooter Braun, after Justin’s mother, Patricia Mallette, posted videos of her son singing and playing the guitar on Youtube.
Patricia and Jeremy were teenage sweethearts, who broke up soon after their son was born. Justin was mostly raised by his mother and maternal granparents although his father played an active role in his life.
The Canadian, who resides mostly in the United States due to his music, has released four albums since 2010: My World 2.0, Under The Mistletoe, Believe and Purpose.
The wholesome Christian boy image he first presented to the world, which earned him millions of teenage fans called Beliebers, was stripped following media reports of his bratty behaviour including peeing into a mop bucket at a restaurant, fighting with paparazzi and getting arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
He is currently trying to redeem his image in the eyes of the media and disappointed fans.

Man Filmed Carrying Severed Wife's Head Through Busy City Streets

A man was filmed casually walking along the street with a woman’s  head in one hand and a bloodied axe in the other in the city of Pune, India, on Friday.

According to local media reports, the man is 53-year-old Ramchandra Chavan who murdered his 45-year-old wife, Sonabai, after she allegedly cheated on him.

A jealous husband suspected his spouse and their son-in-law in having a love affair for a long time and finally decided to put an end to their relationship in the most cruel way possible.

On fateful morning, the two again got into a heated argument that turned itno a tragedy. As the quarrel worsened, Ramchandra locked his daughter-in-law and two grandsons in the house and violently attacked Sonabai with an axe.
Then he picked up the head and the murder weapon before walking towards the police station. Soon one of the horrified locals, who spotted the man walking along the road with an axe and woman’s head, called the police.

Woman Tortured By Her Lover For 8 Days Shares Her Ordeal

A woman was brutally beaten and raped by her ex-boyfriend during an eight-day ordeal Chorley, Lancashire, England, UK.
Karen Hanna who almost died at the hands of her fomer lover, Anthony Phillips, is nor urging other victims of domestic violence to seek help before it is too late. Years after being on the edge of life and death she plucked up her courage to tell her own story of love and torture.

She said: “Knowing Anthony from the past, I felt like we had a connection. There was a spark between us. He’d had his own problems but he had turned his life around too. I felt as though we could make a fresh start – together.

But just two weeks we strated dating, Anthony showed his darker side. He kept accusing me of looking at other men everywhere we went. One day I was just looking out of the window but he thought I was ogling another man. He started hitting me and pulled out a clump of my hair.
The next day he gave me a sob story about how difficult his life had been and how much he loved me, she explained. Stupidly, I believed him. I was scared of going to court and I always think everyone deserves a second chance. However, he was recalled to jail and things get worse. 

He was paranoid and controlling – even from his prison cell. He was forever phoning me and accusing me of sleeping with other men. I told him to leave me alone – but he didn’t listen. On Christmas Day, he rang me 142 times. After he was released, I thought if I saw him, he would accept the reality.

But when we got inside my flat, he clicked the lock in the door, and said to me: “I will be going to prison for you”. My blood ran cold. I knew he was planning something sinister. I had to make up stories about having sex with my landlord and with men I knew – because it gave him a thrill.The next eight days he raped and beat me, pulled out clumps of my hair, smashed my teeth with a TV remote control, cracked my ribs, broke my nose and stood on my throat repeatedly. Even when he dozed, I was awake, trying to pluck up the courage to escape. But I was terrified, I knew if he caught me he would kill me.”
However, after Anthony fell into a drunken stupor Karen managed to escape and went straight to the police. Phillips was arrested but the nightmarish feelings of insecurity, anxiety and constant fear didn’t leave her for a long time.

She was depressed and even attempted to end her life but with the help of a domestic violence advisor she pulled herself together and decided to use her experience to help other women. She said:“Take what little strength you have in your body and get out of it. There is a light at the end of the tunnel. It’s a long, hard road but it’s worth it.”

Messi Faces 22-Month Jail Term Over £3.1Million Tax Fraud

Barcelona and Argentina superstar, Lionel Messi is presently facing tax evasion charges and is likely to stand trial alongside his father.
The judge in charge of the case in Spain, reportedly rejected the request by prosecutors to drop the charges against the striker and his father Jorge, who are accused of defrauding Spain of more than €4m (£3.1m; $5m) and have denied.

Baby With Single Eye And Missing Nose Born In Egypt

A baby boy with one lidless eye and no nose was born at a hospital in the north-eastern town of El Senbellawein, in Egypt.
A baby is suffering from cyclopia, a congenital disorder characterized by the failure of the embryonic forebrain to divide the orbits of the eye into two cavities. An unusual birth defect is named after the mythologcal giants with a single large eye in the middle of their foreheads.

It’s extremely rare! Its incidence is 1 in 16,000 in born animals and 1 in 250 in embryos. The boy is now treated at hospital, where his parents are receiving counselling. Besides a malformed lidless eye and nose, the child also had other severe deformities not compatible with life.

Doctors belive that the boy’s deformity was caused by radiation exposure in the womb or by  a combination of medicines taken by the mother during pregnancy. Unfortunately, the boy is not expected to survive more than a few days.

Prostitute Bites Off Man’s Ear During Fight

A 36-year-old woman, Precious Osas, has been apprehended and charged before Isolo Magistrates’ court for biting off a man’s ear.

PM News reports that the incident happened at a popular hotel in Okota, Lagos state, where Presious and a 25-year-old Chikwado Omokwa lodged for a night’s romp.

According to the police source, the woman, who is a commercial sex worker, allegedly collected N3,500 from Omokwa for an all-night sex romp. However, she failed to fulfill her own part of the bargain.
Precious allowed Omokwa only one round of sex and told him that she was not ready for the second one until he paid her more money.
After exchange of words, sex partners started beating each other. During the fight, Precious allegedly grabbed Omokwa’s right ear and bit off part of it.

The man raised the alarm, which attracted the attention of the hotel workers, who called the police. The sex partners were handed over to the police at Ikota division.
Speaking with the police officers, Omokwa complained that Precious allowed him to have one round of sex, while he paid her for all-night sex romp.
On her part, Precious confirmed that she received money and allowed him to have sex with her as agreed.The woman added that Omokwa had high libido because he was drunk and was vomiting in the room.
During the trial, Precious, who was charged with conducting herself in a disorderly manner by inflicting grievous harm, pleaded not guilty.
The presiding Magistrate, Mrs O. A. Adebayo granted her bail in the sum of N50,000.
The matter has been adjourned till 19 October, 2015.

This Cute Little Raccoon Is Pumpkin, and She Thinks She’s a Dog

A year ago Rosie Kemp and her daughter Laura Young found an abandoned baby raccoon with a broken leg in Rosie’s yard in Nassau, Bahamas. It was obvious that the little one had fallen out of the tree. Mamma raccoon couldn’t be found anywhere, so Rosie and Laura decided to adopt the orphan whom they named Pumpkin. When she recovered from her injury, Laura took Pumpkin to her home where she met Laura’s husband and two rescue dogs.

And although locals claim the deformed creature was born of a healthy buffalo but the beast died soon after birth.

Local website Thai Rath reported: “It is surprising and is believed to bring good luck to the family and the village.”
